Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Pink, Green & brown

This is my take on this weeks challenge!

Love the colour combination tho I have to say. Well it was an excuse to go any buy more craft stuff!! :o)

Have done something completely different to what I usually do. I have never used buttons or flowers on a card before but im liking it already! lol

I got to use one of my old stamps too - Rainin Daisies. I dont use this much now tbh :o( its a great stamp as well.

Wallet Card

Well thought I would have a go at one of these :o) No pattern or out to follow just did it as I went along lol. The stamped image on the from is called "Duck in Boots" now that it looks like a duck! LOL! wanted to do someat bright for a change n this is what I came up with :o)

Fifi Birthday Card - AMY

Well then, This is a card for AMY who LOVES Fifi! I werent so sure about the image as I had to print it onto like matt artist paper, but I tell you.......... good old pva glue works a treat!! Cover the image with it, no running of colours - use a sponge - now brush hairs. Looks ace! :o) Gives it a wicked shine too.

The paper is from DCWV Text Stack. The number is a funky foam die cut - I added definition by drawing on the false stitching. Same with the AMY - which is also a die cut! lol Coloured the Happy Birthday peel off which was gold and edged it with red/pink glitter border :o)

I am well pleased with the outcome. A bit of a miss-match with colours but on the whole, it works I think :o)

Just hope she likes it! :o)

Pink Petticoat Birthday Card

A pink petticoat card for my Auntie. I'm well pleased with it tho. The colour scheme is ace..... just a shame about the greeting as the stupid rubbons wouldn't work again! :o( Oh well it still turned out pretty good.

The saying at the bottom of the image says "wine gets better with age.....I get better with wine"

Penny Black Saturday Challenge

This is my challenge card. Sort of had to use my imagination with this one as i ran out of peel offs! :o( so i used thin ribbon and my god was it a pain in the bum to stick down!!! but the effect is good i think ;o)

The paper is Friends paper out of the DCWV Text Stack. The Penny Black Stamp is "Seeing your face....." and a funstamps greeting. i have used 3 different ribbons. Thats pretty much it!

This I think is ACE!!! :-D Its for an order. I was asked to make a "girly girl card" for Harry lol........ Well, what the hell can u put on a girly girl card apart from pink n glitter? This is what I came up with after a few suggestions......

Stamp something sketch challenge......

This is my take on this weeks challenge over at Stamp Something - http://stampchallenges.blogspot.com/ - For this card I have used 3 different papers but in the same colour. The ribbon is a slightly different shade of orange but it sets it off nicely I think. The stamp is a Penny Black stamp which I LOVE........ its a new one and only been used a few times but hey any excuse :o)

The "On Your Special Day" is a gold peel off. I was going to colour over it and have it black but I thought it would do dark then.

A Gift For You........

Poetic Artistry - Mojo Monday Wk 42

So this is my attempt at this weeks Mojo Monday Sketch :o)

I must say I had lots of fun with it! Something completely different for me.

I have used a cream square card, with red card for the backing and spotty DCWV Retro Paper. The image is a Pink Petticaot image which has been coloured with watercolour pencils. For the "dots" on the side I had to cheat abit! I didnt have any brads or gems in the right colours so i used the centre off one of my flower dies and raised them with 3d foam :o) The greeting..... well lets just say i wont be using rubbons on again!! They wouldn't rub off properly so i had to go over the lettering with a black pen :o) You cant really tell unless you look really close.

No doubt another card will be uploaded with this sketch later on :o)

This was made this morning.....couldn't think what else to put on it.....

......eating me tea....... BLING!! on comes the light bulb :o)

After......

Looks much better now..... looks finished so to speak.

I chose tht image as it is "In Bloom"

This is what I have done just and i'm WELL chuffed!

These are to go into a scrapbook. The guitar was made from a template out of Papercraft inspirations, the microphone i have made it all by myself! :o) I'm well chuffed with it!

The musical notes are die cut.

Well today I have done.............

Sweet nothing!!! That is RUBBISH!! off to work in a bit as well :o) well actually i was helping a mate with her blog ;o) but no crafting done :o(

Hopefully I will have some scrapbook pages to load up laters as I am helping my sis-in-law to be do hers :o) much fun :o)

Congratulations! - Something Monochromatic Challenge

This one is an order. A weird request but a nice thought :o)

The little lady had done well in gymnastics and got an award so her Nana wanted a card to say well done :o)

Finally finished it! YAY! Had some trouble with the wording but I quite like it now.

Well this my attempt :o)

This was the first ever Penny Black stamp i ever brought - I must admit that i did have other stamps but they were Dolly Mama ones which i LOVE too!

I my card I used 2 different papers, ribbon, funky foam flowers, a greeting and the image has been stamped and coloured in using watercolour pearlised paints.

Sundays creations

Today I thought I would do someathing completely different and here is what I came up with :o)

All the diecuts have been cut out in funky foam which I also LOVE! :o)

...... Fathers Day then! My dad loved his card! Asked where I had got the image from and everything! Was well impressed! :o)

Have only had this die a short while as i've only just got my sidekick and i must say i love it!

They are quite small in size but sooooooo cute!
