Friday Sketchers.......

Here is my take on this weeks sketch :)

The corner that I have folded back is not double sided. I cut the corner off the spotty paper and stuck it down. The whole (apart from legs) on the duck is raised. The flower I stamped it onto the small spotty paper first then cut round it :)

The little greeting is wonky but hey! Cant have everything perfect can we! lol

Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge.......

One for the girls!

I have used a Hanglar image for this card and used the sketch off of the Friday Sketchers (this is last weeks lol)

Circles - I drew round a fishing roll of wire lol and the top of a cotton bud top! only things i cud find there were circles! :-D

Paper is DCWV Text Stack, Ribbon is a Hobbycraft Special -99p for a roll! blue card is glittered as well. The image is raised as well to add more depth :o)

Tilda & Edwin

I wanted to make a card combining both stamps and using the colour brown.....I think the spots work well and the layout is fine lol. The little tiles are out of a magazine...... They are stuck onto funky foam..... The ribbons are from hobby craft, the huge brad from an embellishment kit and the paper is DCWV Retro stack. - which I am running out of :o( - Edwin & Tilda are raised too from the foam pads behind them.

All in all i like this card. Probably because of the colour combination :o)

This is my challenge card... first time I have done this challenge as I only just had my stamps and I love them!

Have distressed the black card with white watercolour pencil, the papers have been distressed with my ink pad and the image has been coloured with watercolour pencils.

The writing in the bottem left is a sticker from a pirate pack. The "princess" was originally silver but I have heat embossed it and added 3 buttons for a bit more detail :o)

Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Sketch

This is my weeks Penny Black Challenge card and I love it! The sketch was brilliant to start with and I finally got to use this Cat Image... Mom asked me to make a card for her friend who likes cats so I have combined the 2! :-D

The papers are from DCWV Text Stack. The flower I have cut out myself from a template.

The flower should really be in the bottem right of the card but I needed to put a greeting on it.

Anyways..... Hope you like it! :o)

And i love them! heres 2 cards i have made. only quick ones as i wanted to play :o)

Two challenges in one.........

Well then, am really busy with orders at the mo so have made this card with both challenges in mind - PB Saturday Challenge & Stamp Something.......

PB challenge is to use Brads/Buttons - I have only used 1 brad! lol the buttons just didn't look right to be honest so I have left it like this....

Stamp Something challenge is "Dazzle Us" - shine, shimmer, sparkle or glitter........

You can't really see in the picture put the image has been coloured in with pearlised watercolour paints. The sparkle is the glitter peel offs around the edges of the different papers/card stock.

PB's ~ Bubbly

Just 3 of the 18 cards I made over Saturday morning and Sunday.

Stamps are out of the Bubbly Transparent Penny Black set.

Looking at them first, i did think the images were a little small but they are ace on the smaller cards!

Edges are been hand drawn by me :o) I get fed up of straight lines all the time lol

Altho I must say, Im well pleased with the way its turned out :o)

OH my Days!!!!

Well this has took all day! and finally its finished!!! YAY!!!

Changed the design of the card 3 times! I even quilled some flowers too!

Made like 18 cards over the weekend and its taken me all day to do one!!! lol

This card is for an order. The only info I had was floral.

A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge.....

Well, the challenge is Circles. I thought I would do something that i've never done before and make a circle card :o)

Had to cut round a cd holder to get the shape of the main card and then round a cd to get the shape of the green card. Layered up with Happy Birthday paper, 2 ribbons and then layered the image onto the same green card. I have added a "happy birthday" rubbon to the image as there wasn't really anywhere else for it to go! Its pretty plain but you can't much on a circle card.

Well all thanks go to me brother! :-D Its well ace! I love it!! the monkeys are die cut............ tell ya he's well clever on a pc! :-D

Duck In Boots

I love this stamp!!! Well now we have decided that it is actually a duck! LOL!

I much prefer the way the duck is coloured in on the right hand card. Gives it more depth.

Anyway, hope you like :o)
