Been a while since I joined in with this challenge blog.... but today I have. Fab sketch!

So then onto the card itself..... 

Another one for my auntie's birthday. She likes gardening so thought I would use my Sarah Kay stamp. Don't use these much so was an excuse ;) image again has been coloured using pro markers.

I think this sketch will be used time and time again....

sketch Saturday challenge #161

Great sketch again this week! Will be using this again. So I won last week and only noticed because I went over to check out the new sketch haha... so then onto this weeks card....

Made for my auntie's birthday. She loves witches! So hence the image. It's a stamp which is illustrated by Kerry Jo :) has been coloured in using pro markers. I am loving spotty paper at the mo (as you can tell!) I think I have it in every colour lol. My auntie's gab colour is also purple so had to use it! :)

So without further ado... here us my card.....

a less is more card....

Had an order for a 30th wedding anniversary. Now, I know the colour for this anniversary is pearl but.... have you ever tried to find pearl card?! Let me tell you, near as damn it impossible! So that's why it's a white card with a pearlised finish to it.

I made a card similar to this before, but it was a square card. Anyhow, it turned out better than what I originally thought. Hopefully it should be okay!

ooh-la-laa.....

Well then, thought I would upload this card I did last night because I like it! Lol.

I used the sketch from this weeks Sketch Saturday challenge blog. It's a good sketch, no doubt it will get used even more on more cards.

The image is from the kanban range along with the backing papers. Card candi has been added along with a ribbon and bow. I do love these images tbh but I had to cut the silver edging off them!!

some more shoes...

I think I'm addicted to making these little shoes!! Thought I would try a pair of sandals this time. They are more fiddly to do though but cute all the same lol

Now to make the boxes for them to go in....

was having a really crafty day today :D

So then, 2 pairs of shoes and a car seat (car seat post to follow)

I couldn't make any cards as I had no inspiration and had ran out of double sided tape. I don't tend to use any other sticky medium tbh on cards, so without no dst I wondered what I could do. And then as I searched through the drawer I seen my shoe templates! Bonus! Only need to use glue for these. So I made a girls jester pair and blue boys ones. Just need to make the boxes for them to go in. Not the easiest of items to make, but fun to do none the less.

peace at last......

.... was actually a book that my brother had as a boy! Random info there for you. So, onto tonights topic..... there done! They are finally done! 2 days to do 120 christening invites :D they were so fiddly but so worth it in the end. Hope they like them!

a little lost this morning....

....don't actually know where to start! 120 christening invites to do and I've just realised I haven't got enough card or enough envelopes! Argh! Looks like its a trip to the shops for me.....

But, everything is printed and ready to go... I need a lot of patience today :-s

Two communion cards

Can't say I've ever made communion cards before until now! Had to do two for the same lass. This usually wouldn't be a problem because the communion age is 7/8 years old but the cards for the lass is 17 years old so quite tricky really. Well, the cards have been made and I hope they are okay.....

a flutterby wedding card...

Had an order for a simplistic wedding card but only using the colours white & lilac. Think I managed to pull it off okay? The lady was really pleased with the outcome regardless. To make it extra special I did make a box for the card to go in and added butterflies to the box as well

Liverpool and everton lotv bears....

Busy day today making Liverpool and everton fathers day cards. Love this little lili of the valley football bear! He's so versatile as you can see from the two cards I have made. I'm biased so my fave out if the two is the Liverpool one :)

Create4fun challenge #87

Fab sketch from over on the create4fun blog, of course I had to have a go... think I will be using this sketch more often!! Slightly changed some of the elements on the sketch, changed the buttons to flowers as I felt the flowers would compliment the image more. I am loving this stamp at the moment.... She is called "Frosted Rose". She has been coloured in using pro markers. The backing paper is by Doodlebug and a bargain at 29p!!
