He has been coloured using Spectrum Noir pens. I can't give you the colours as I've lost the paper I wrote them down on 😵

I went with the vintage look with kraft card and soft yellow with white glitter.

MTTC DT - Male

Good Morning Peeps!

A super quick post from me today.. I'm heading back to bed!
Last few days have been so hectic at work.. But still managed to find time to do some crafting!

A new challenge over at My Time To Craft which is "Male"
Perfect for those father's day cards ;)

Opted for a Boofle image on this and someat quite CAS. My dad doesn't do fussy! And he is most certainly my biggest critic after myself LOL! Probably get that trait from him, I'm a daddy's girl most definitely :)

As I say, short and sweet from me this week. Pop over to the blog :)

FBF - Victoria Gear Frame

 Afternoon!

Here with the last of the steampunk Flash Back Friday images and this ones called "Victoria Gear Frame".
She will be up in the store over at Sassy Studio for you to buy.

I'm feeling quite pleased as well as I'd have NEVER touched anything steampunk before but I'm happy with the results. The card I'm showing you today was a quick make from me. I didn't want anything too overpowering.

Do love a little bracket card. The backing is gold glitter embossed layered on to grey card. I also put some gems in the middle of the gears.

Super quick from me, if you join in, stop by the facebook page and show us what you've come up with :)

MTTC DT - Get Krafty

Morning!

Hope everyone is well and not too wet!
It's definitely been April showers so far where I am.

so onto a new challenge over at MTTC. This week's challenge is "Get Krafty" - use kraft card.

I've used Cupcake Anya from The Greeting Farm which can be found HERE.

I've used a 6x6 kraft card, red card stock and white/green spotty paper. The image I've had coloured up for ages but never used her on a card until now. It literally took about 30 mins to do this card and that was only because I couldn't find my red spotty ribbon! The "cupcake" is wooden lettering and I've added the "hey...."

Enjoy using your kraft supplies!
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek :)

Creative Fingers DT - Anything Goes

Good Morning!

Well another Friday and another DT for me!
I'm now part of the DT over at Creative Fingers.
We have sponsors but our challenges are always "Anything Goes".

So this week we are sponsored by Scrappers Delight

I've used a freebie... Funky Ashley which can be found HERE. She's been coloured using a variety of pens, Spectrum Noirs, Promarkers & Copics. I clearly couldn't decide on what to use! LOL
Added a button & twine.. I think this is my signature piece and finished off with a printed greeting.

I do hope you'll stop by the blog and join in. Enjoy!

Lilac Flowers

Hello! I'm sure I seem to be blogging later and later LOL!
What I really want to be doing is reading my book. I've nearly finished the fourth book of the Caster Chronicles, the first book is the film "Beautiful Creatures" Brilliant books!

Anyways, I'm showing you a card tonight that I've made for Mother's Day

The image is from Aurora Wings and I love her! She's one of the first images I brought and I was a lilly horrified of colouring it in but I'm glad I did! I went for subtle tones for a change. I love the lilac and green together. The image is called Gardenia and can be found HERE. I've coloured her with promarkers too. Not a spectrum noir in sight! It was too intricate for them LOL. Wanted to kepp it simple and emphasize the image. I added some really tiny pearls to mirror the image.

I'd like to enter this creation in to the following:

1. Passion for Promarkers - For a Special Lady

2. Cute Card Thursday - Celebrate!

Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek!

St.Patrick's Day

I'm on a roll today!

This post now is to show two cards I've made for St.Patrick's Day. I've used two images from Aurora Wings, Clover Pixie and Leprechaun.

The cards are for a brother and sister from their Nan. I think I would have struggled if it had been for two girls! Both images have been coloured using spectrum noir pens. I've used the same green on the clovers as on the leprechaun's clothes. I struggled to colour the leprechaun a bit as I'd never coloured one before but I'm happy with the outcome. The cards themselves are 6x6". I also wanted to keep them quite simple. The sentiments have been printed off the pc with clover pixie having hers printed on vellum.

Here's a few more pics... and the song title I'm using is...

"Get Lucky" by Daft Punk featuring Pharell Williams

I'm entering these two cards into the following challenges:

1. Creative Card Crew - Green

2. Crafty Catz - Song title to match your image

Thanx for stopping by and taking a peek!

My Time To Craft DT - All New Things

Happy New Year To You All!

I hope you all had a lovely christmas and celebrated in the New Year.

We have a brand new challenge on over at MTTC this week, the theme is

"All Things New"

this could be new stash, new house, new baby...

I went with New Home and used a Pink Petticoat image

Kept the design pretty simple and white with a hint of colour, red! Sorry the picture is so dark. Was having a bit of trouble photographing it. The background is embossed using a chevron embossing folder. The image has been coloured using promarkers. No buttons or twine either! Shocking!

Have fun with the challenge..

My Time To Craft DT - Time & Space

Good Morning!

Hope everyone is well on this dull morning.. I'm back this week. I really struggled with the decoupoage challenge from last week at MTTC. You know when you try so many different images and nothing looks right?! I had that. Then admitted defeat :(

But, this weeks challenge isn't a struggle, for me anyways :)

"Time & Space" is our new challenge.
You can think outside the box with this one. The possibilities are endless.

I've gone with Space & even made a christmas card!

This super cute guy is from Digi Stamp Boutique, he can be found HERE. The sentiment comes with the digi too. I've coloured him using promarkers. I couldn't decide whether to glitter up his christmas hat, so I didn't but no doubt I will end up doing so! LOL
I think I will be using him a lot this year for my christmas cards.

Looking forward to seeing how the theme is interpreted.
Thanks for stopping by :)

My Time To Craft DT - Use Kraft

What a lovely day here, Good Mornign to you all.

One of my favourite types of card use on your creations this week over at My Time To Craft

"Use Kraft"

You can colour on it or mat & layer with it....as long as it can be seen!

The only thing I didn't do was colour on it. I LOVE using kraft card!

As I was using kraft card, I decided to use brown tones on the whole card. The image is from Crafts and Me and I've coloured her using Spectrum Noir pens TN9, TN8, TN7, TN6, TN5, TN4, TN3, TN2 & TN1. The background is my new embossing folder, which I love! it's awesome! I've added quite a few embellsihments on this card which is something a lilly different from me.

Can't wait to see what creations are made up!

Two Sisters DT - Black, White + One Colour

I this precise moment, I can actually say that I hate my PC and/or blogger!!
Somewhere, one of them is playing silly beggars!

Anyways, again this post should have be posted on Saturday 1st March and again it's taken me aggggggesss to get onto blogger.. but without further ado, and a little late than never, we have our second monthly challenge over at Two Sisters

This month we have been sponsored by the lovely Scribbles Designs with the challenge being

Black, White plus One Other Colour.

I've opted for green as my extra colour. So, here's my card:

A Clean and Simple card from me. I wanted the image to really draw the eye in. Of course, me being me, I HAD to use some twine! I did add a little bit of shading to the cute little sheep using Spectrum Noirs as well.

Hopefully, I shall be back around the 15th to post my showcase card... this is if blogger will let me!!
If it doesn't, plain and simple, I'm going to cry, lol!

Had a good weekend!

My Time To Craft DT - New

Morning!

Other saturday which means another challenge over at My Time To Craft. This weeks challenge is

"New" but not new stash! So anything along the lines of new baby, home, job etc.

I've gone with the theme of new baby just because I wanted to use my baby onesie die! It's awesome! It's from The Greeting Farm and I LOVE it!

The papers are from the Papermania Capsule Collection, spots and stripes - pastels. The "baby" is a die-cut. Beens I haven't used any twine or ribbon (shocking!) I thought I'd use a few lilly buttons to jazz it up a bit. The onesie die is so versatile tho. It comes with 3 different collars plus a bow as well. Oh, I've had one of those lightbulb moments! Watch this space!

Thanks for popping, don't forget, as always come stop by the blog

Swing Into Love...

Wow. This post should have posted on the 15th, it's took me till today to finally access blogger.
Annoyed is not the word.

Over at 2 Sisters, it's showcase weeks.

We were originally given two super cute images from A Random Fan
Last time I used Underpants Hero, this time I've used Swing Into Love.

The card itself I've embossed with a linen effect board. I have no idea where it's from. I aquired it and it's sooooo old! I wanted to keep the card quite simple and monochromatic but adding a hint of colour with the red heart which is punched out. Image has been coloured using Spectrum Noirs.

I really do hope my blogger stays working!

Don't forget to pop by the blog :)

My Time To Craft DT - All About The Love

Good Morning!

A "lovely" challenge over at My Time To Craft this week. Yep, you guessed it, it's "all about the love" and getting ready for Valentine's Day. Now, I must admit, I don't really do Valentine's Day but I have made this card in mind to give to someone. Whether or not that happens is another thing!

So, here's what I've come up with...
Full Card

Thought I'd go with someat a bit different and non traditional and used lime green! Obviously I had to use a heart on it somewhere and what better image to use than the little Meople lass from C.C Designs. I do love these little dudes. A little sentiment, also part of the set. A bit of twine n a button. I don't like putting too many embellishments on cards for men. Think that's just enough tho.

Image and sentiment

Dimension

Suppose I best do the inside just incase I do decide to give it to it's intended recepient.
Please do pop by and play along.

Something New

Good Morning..  Hope you all had a great christmas & fab new year too.  We are finally back with a new challenge over at My Time ...
