Party Girl

Grrrrr... Scheduled this post and it doesn't post, so here I am... better late then never 😂

So.... Hello! 👋👋
It's been a while.... life sometimes just throws a wobbly at you and you end up AWOL.
But I'm back and here to show my DT card for My Time To Craft - Link is HERE
The challenge for this fortnight is " Krafty" So use kraft card on your project.
I've gone for an image by All Dressed Up which is printed onto kraft card and coloured with Marco Rafine Pencils.
First try with these again, I'm getting better..... I think 🙈

Image used is part of the  "Party Season" - Link is HERE
The kraft card I cut on the curve and added it to the striped and spotty paper.
Added a few flowers, twirly things, a trim and a sentiment to finish the card off.

I'm pretty pleased with it. Need a bit more practise with the pencils tho! 😉
Enjoy the challenge and please remeber to follow the rules..

OutLawz DT - Tic Tac Toe

Good Morning!
A new DT for me that I've joined - The Outlawz Challenges! Whoop!

So my first challenge as part of the DT is "Tic Tac Toe" - Link to Monday Greetings is HERE
I do love this! It's super easy, just pic a line, anyway you like and make your card :)

I have used "Die cut/punches/image/Embossing"
And we are also sponsored by All Dressed Up - Link HERE
And... Deedee's Digi's - Link HERE

The image is super cute! It's called "All Dressed Up For Christmas" - Link is HERE
The image itself is coloured using Promarkers. I went with none traditional colours in the pink and grey. I may add a little glitter nearer to christmas too. The sentiment is printed off the PC with punched snowflakes. The ribbon has a silver button with a small white snowflake attached with twine. Added a few gems to make it a little more girly :)

Thanks for popping by to my lil blog :)

ATC

Good... night?!

Anyways, I'm showing you an ATC in this post that I've literally just made. I've also done my other trick of making it into a card after as well as I loved the ATC so much! LOL

The image I've used is from All Dressed Up and is called Just So Cool and can be found HERE. I've printed her out in full and then cropped the bit that I wanted. She has been coloured using both promarkers and spectrum noir pens. The "tune" has been hand written with the speech bubble paperclip added. I've also glittered her up in. You'll see a little better in the close up pictures at the bottom of the post. But first, here's the card

The card itself is 10x15cm and is pre-striped. I added the red glitter panel, string and button to finish off the card. Here's some more pictures of the ATC and card

I am entering this in to the following challenges:

1. Wicked Wednesday - Groovy Chicks

2. Artistic Impressions - Anything Goes

3. Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges - One for the Girls

MTTC DT - Sketch

Good Morning!

My favourite kind of challenge over at MTTC this week.... a Sketch!
So, what have we got to play with...

I've made a card for my Sister-in-Law's birthday using an All Dressed Up image called Prom Princess which can be found HERE. The pink paper is from my stash but the black & white is printed off the PC.

I've completely cut round the image and raised her away from the card. She's been coloured using spectrum noir pens. I wanted to keep this card quite CAS as I wanted to focus on the image.

I hope you enjoy the sketch as much as I did!

New Baby..

Second post of the day from me.

This time I'm sharing with you a card I made for my Brother & Sister-in-Law on the birth of my Nephew last week.
It's an All Dressed Up Image called My Baby Shower. The image can be found HERE.I've taken off the wording on the image and added my own.

I printed the image direct on to 8x8 paper and then printed just the image on to white card stock, coloured and cut it out. I've 3d'd the items on the line to add some depth. Image was coloured using copics and spectrum noir pens. A CAS card but effective, I can see me making more long these lines especially with this adorable image!

I'm entering this challenge in to the following:

1. All Dressed Up - Anything Goes

2. The Pink Elephant - Picture Inspiration
(I've used the blue & white colours and interpreted the picture as spring = new life)

3.Crafty Cardmakers - Spring Has Sprung

4. Creative Fingers - Anything Goes

Thanks for popping by and taking a peek!

On My Farm...

Good... night?!
Well I couldn't say good evening as it's now 10:30 lol. Always baffles me that does..
Anyhoo's, I'm back with another card to show you. To be honest, I've literally fell in love with this image plus the card turned out far better than I expected!

I wanted the make the image stand out so I've 3D'd a layer. Coloured completely using Spectrum Noir pens. The image is from All Dressed Up and can be found HERE. the card is for a Great Grandson. The lady who's ordered it originally wanted Mr Tumble... WOW! That guy was freaking me out! I don't know how kids can watch him... LOL! I did explain that I've changed the theme and she loved it anyways. I'd cut and coloured the image then struggled to find some backing paper for it. Low and behold, I pulled out the blue spotty paper from my stash and the green striped was lying on top. It literally was a "boom! job done" moment. I've also layered it on to white to make the image stand out more. It's not very often that I look at a card and think "I'm really pleased with this" this was one of those moments.

I'm entering this card in to the following challenges:

1. Fab 'n' Funky - Focus on the Image

3. Cardz 4 Guyz - Hobbies/Pastimes - Tractors/Visiting the farm

Thanks for popping by and taking a peek! :)

My Time To Craft DT - Hobbies

Morning!
Knee deep in wedding stationery this morning, so I'm going to be super quick..

New challenge over at MTTC this week...

"Hobbies"

Now, this card I made for a girl, she loves music and she loves to sing. If you ask her what she likes to do, she says her hobby is singing, perfect! I did think slightly out the box there. Here is the card...

The music paper is a download from a store on etsy. It's amazing!! The image is by All Dressed Up. These images are super cute and perfect for any occassion. The music notes are die-cuts along with the numbers. Had to get a bow in there too with a button! (I think it's my signature thang! LOL) I think I used spectrum noirs to colour her in. Again, sentiment was printed off the computer.

Good look with the challenge. Think outside the box ;)

My Time To Craft DT - Paper Piecing..

Morning!
Hope everyone is okay :)

I'm late again this fortnight.... eeeek! So a quick post from me.
Our new challenge over at My Time To Craft is "Paper Piecing". It's a great technique to use.
So here's what I've got

Both the dresses of the girls have been paper pieced.. if that's a word?! I find I always use the same colour card for the background so I'm trying to use different colours. I used kraft for this one. The the girls are coloured using Spectrum Noirs. Added a button, twine and pearls for some detail.

Told you it was a quick post, hope to see you playing along over on the blog.

Something New

Good Morning..  Hope you all had a great christmas & fab new year too.  We are finally back with a new challenge over at My Time ...
