DTBST DT - Colour Me Scared

Good Morning! 

We have a brand new challenge over at Dare To Be Sassy Thursday this week - Link is HERE

Our new challenge is "Colour Me Scared" 

So colour your image black with either orange, purple or green.

I've used Sally Honey - Link is HERE 

And I've coloured her in black and orange - something completely different to her usual look of blueish skin and red hair! EEEKKK!!! 

I'm actually really pleased with the way this card turned out, especially only using 2/3 colours. I had to colour her up again tho after in correct colours. She may make an appearance next week along with Jack, who know's ;) 

She's been coloured completely with Promarkers.
The silver spider web card I've had for ages and never used it! Least it's come in handy :) 

Colours used are

Black

Orange - Red, Orange & Mandarin 

Grey - Cool Grey 4, Cool Grey 3 & Cool Grey 2

Anyhow's, here's two more cards for a couple of SSD sponsorships. 

First up we have Suzy Bee's - theme is "Toys"  - Link is HERE

I thougth outside the box with this a bit. Sally herself is a Rag Doll and she is toying with a spider ;)

I thought about using sally again but went with Showgirl and did something bright! I went with the yellows, oranges & reds when the leaves start to turn. I do love this time of year :)

DBTST - Do What Makes You Happy

Good Morning! 

A fab fun new challenge over at DBTST today and it's a super cool challenge of 

"Do What Makes You Happy" 

So, I've created my card twice as the first one, I decided to throw a cup of tea all over it!! 

Couldn't even wait to dry it out so it looked vintage! LOL 

My image is Jack and Sally based on the characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas. they can be found HERE. I LOVE this film! My favourite character is Oogie Boogie but No one has made him in to a digi yet :( 

I had so much fun colouring these two up tho. I've used spectrum noir pens and a white gel pen for Jack's suit. The greeting is from the film "And will we ever... end up together? No, I think not... It's never to become, For I am not the One". The backing paper is made using the lyrics from the song at the end when Jack and Sally finally realise they are meant to be together! :) Added the glitter card and ribbon for a bit more colour. The gems are the colours of Sally's hair and 2 panels off her dress. 

  

Was soooo much easier making this the second time around! LOL.
